By accessing or using intriQ ("Service"), operated by intriQ ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paid subscribers.
intriQ is an AI-powered sales pipeline CRM that helps sales professionals manage leads, opportunities, and communications. The Service includes AI-generated content such as email drafts, call scripts, market intelligence, sales coaching, and lead insights powered by Google Gemini AI.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@intriq.cloud.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to Pro-tier features and 50 AI credits. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Unused trial credits do not carry over.

Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record. The payment processor handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment-related compliance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing Dashboard or by contacting support@intriq.cloud. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can resubscribe. Data is permanently deleted 120 days after your subscription expires.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or credit top-up purchases. We encourage you to use the 7-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing. See our full Refund Policy for details.
The Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate content including emails, call scripts, market intelligence, sales coaching advice, and lead insights. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your leads, contacts, opportunities, notes, or other business data. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, intriQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models — are owned by intriQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless intriQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimer of warranties, data ownership, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
