All purchases on intriQ are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees (monthly or annual) or one-time AI credit top-up purchases. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We offer a 7-day free trial with Pro-tier features and 50 AI credits so you can fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. No payment method is required during the trial. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to determine if intriQ meets your needs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
One-time AI credit purchases (Starter Pack: 100 credits/$5, Power Pack: 500 credits/$20, Pro Pack: 1,500 credits/$50) are non-refundable. Credits are added to your account immediately upon purchase and do not expire while your subscription is active.
Annual subscriptions ($249/year) are billed as a single payment. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access for the remainder of the annual period. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for unused months.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax collection, and invoicing. For billing inquiries or payment issues, contact us at support@intriq.cloud.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@intriq.cloud before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
In rare cases involving extended service outages or billing errors on our part, we may issue credits or refunds at our sole discretion. Contact support@intriq.cloud to discuss exceptional circumstances.
After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days (grace period) in case you resubscribe. After 120 days of account inactivity following expiry, all data is permanently deleted. You can export your data before cancellation from Settings > Privacy & Data.
