How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 7 days of full Pro-tier access with 50 credits included. No payment method is required to start — you only enter card details if you decide to subscribe when the trial ends.

What do credits cover?

Credits power the generated work: email drafts, call scripts, lead insights, deal coaching and market intelligence. Pro includes 500 credits every month. One-time top-ups are available (100 for $5, 500 for $20, 1,500 for $50), valid for 90 days from purchase.

Is my data safe? Who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Only you and the teammates you invite. Data lives in PostgreSQL with row-level security isolating every account, encrypted at rest and in transit. Your business data is never used to train any model.

I sell alone. Is this overkill for one person?

Accepted Answer

The opposite — solopreneurs are half the point. You do the selling; intriQ does the remembering, the chasing and the first drafts. If you later add teammates, Pro already includes up to 5 seats at no extra cost.

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You keep full access until the end of your billing period, followed by a 30-day grace period to resubscribe with everything intact. You can export all of your data as JSON or CSV before you cancel or during the grace period.

How hard is it to switch from my current CRM or spreadsheet?

Import is a CSV upload or copy-paste — most people are working inside intriQ within five minutes. New leads can flow in automatically via web forms, Zapier or the API while you transition.
