intriQ ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data. This policy applies to all users of the intriQ web application at intriq.cloud.
Account Data: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Business Data: Leads, contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks, notes, activities, and other sales pipeline data you enter into the Service.
AI Interaction Data: Prompts, inputs, and responses generated when you use AI features (email drafts, call scripts, coaching, market intelligence).
Usage Data: AI credit consumption, feature usage frequency, and subscription status.
Technical Data: Browser type, device information, and error logs for debugging and service improvement.
Email Tracking Data: When you send emails through intriQ, we record open and click events. IP addresses associated with email opens are anonymized (last octet zeroed, e.g. 192.168.1.100 → 192.168.1.0) before storage. We do not store full IP addresses for email tracking.
Analytics Data: Anonymous page views and interactions, collected via PostHog and Google Analytics. Analytics data is only collected after you provide explicit consent through our cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time from Settings > Privacy & Data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your business data (leads, contacts, deals) to train AI models.
We use the following third-party services to operate intriQ:
Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with row-level security (RLS) policies that ensure each account's data is isolated. We use HTTPS encryption in transit, enforce Content Security Policy and Strict-Transport-Security headers, and hash all passwords. We do not store payment card information — all payment data is handled by our third-party payment processor.
The intriQ CRM application uses browser local storage (not cookies) to cache user preferences, feature flags, and usage data for performance. We do not set tracking cookies without your consent.
Cookie Consent Banner: When you first visit intriQ, we display a consent banner asking your permission before activating any analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics). Your choice is stored in local storage and respected across sessions. You can change your analytics consent preference at any time from Settings > Privacy & Data.
Essential storage (always active, required for the app to function): authentication session, user preferences, feature flags.
Analytics storage (only after consent): PostHog session data, Google Analytics cookies. These are used solely to understand how our product is used and improve the experience.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After subscription cancellation, there is a 30-day grace period during which you can resubscribe and retain your data. After 120 days of account inactivity following expiry, your data is permanently deleted. Soft-deleted items (trash) are automatically purged after 30 days.
Email tracking data (open/click records with anonymized IPs) is retained for 90 days, then automatically purged. When you delete your account, all email tracking data is deleted immediately as part of the account deletion process.
Analytics data collected by PostHog and Google Analytics is subject to those providers' retention policies. We do not retain a separate copy.

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
